This is the website of Andrew Carey, wildlife photographer. I am fortunate to be able to indulge my two great interests, the natural history of our country, and photography, as a means of recording what I see. This site contains a selection of my images, mostly of native British wildlife, but also some landscapes and various other things that grab my attention.

Not all the galleries are active just yet, but I will be adding images and information regularly, so as the site develops I hope that you will check back to see and enjoy the pictures. This is the view of the house from the courtyard, and below is the view taken from our bedroom window. The dead palm tree now plays host to greater spotted woodpecker, goldfinch, nuthatch and a myriad other birds, as I have set-up a feeder station immediately adjacent to it! These pics were taken in March last year.
