These lovely vocalists have been singing their hearts out at Highnam Woods in Gloucestershire, and on the morning I took these pictures there were at least six signing birds in the wood. Elusive and difficult to see, they can be hard work for the photographer, and it is quite usual to draw a blank on a visit.
