Pugsley's Marsh Orchid?

So now then, all you orchid experts out there....what do you think? Found growing in Scotland at the beginning of July 2008, and well passed it's best, this little orchid was the best remaining specimen of a number, growing in a very wet flash, with lots of sedge around. All the stems had just a few flowers when compared to the Marsh Orchid's I am used to seeing. So could this be Pugsley's? I don't think it was Lapland, as the leaves were not heavily spotted.
