Cornwall has been full of Fieldfare and Redwing during this cold winter of 2009 / 10 and whilst the fieldfare are generally skittish, at times they have given some good views, on fields and sports grounds, now that all the berries have been stripped from the bushes.
The confiding Redwing below came really close to the main viewing area on the causeway at Marazion whilst I (and others) was waiting for the bittern to show.
